How do I proceed through the check out process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

 When viewing your cart, enter your code in the “Promo Code” text box provided under the “Order Summary” section (image below). Once you have entered your code, click “Apply.”

 Will I get refunded if I’m not satisfied with the item I purchased?

How do I cancel an order or return an item?

Product Information

Do you have a size chart?

Yes! Most products have a size chart that will be visible when you click on the product. Contact us if there isn't a size chart and you'd like to see one.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
